Shipping
As all Pink Flamingo Retro items are made to order please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. All items are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail standard parcel post, orders over £50 are sent by Recorded Delivery.
Orders up to £13.99 - £2.90 p&p
Orders up to £49.99 - £4.90 p&p (Signed For)
Orders up to £79.99 - £6.50 p&p (Recorded Delivery)
Orders up to £99.99 - £7.50 p&p (Recorded Delivery)
Orders over £100.00 - £8.50 p&p (Recorded Delivery)

Returns
Because all orders are made to order, it is not possible to offer refunds unless an item is:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Not what you ordered
It is therefore very important that you check
your measurements against our size guide prior to purchasing to avoid disappointment. If you require more photographs or information regarding a particular fabric to check colours or patterns please contact us
We hope that you are happy with your purchase- Pink Flamingo Retro products are hand made to a high standard and are checked prior to shipping, but mistakes can sometimes
happen. If your item is faulty or not what you ordered, pleasecontact us within 7 days of receipt of your
item. Items must be returned unworn within 14 days of receipt and include
your name and email address in the parcel. We regret that we cannot cover
the delivery costs of unwanted items. Please note, that when you are
returning an item to us, you are responsible for the item until it
reaches us, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. Once we have
received your unworn item, we will refund via the original method of
payment.
*Please be careful when trying on your new purchase, I will not refund
any item that has been worn, or has deodorant/make-up/perfume damage.
Items that appear to have been worn or damaged are not eligible for refund or exchange*
Special Orders
We are also unable to offer refunds on items made to a special design or custom size. If you request an item to
be made in a custom size, it is up to you to decide if it is
right for you. Please check your measurements before ordering. If there is a problem with your order, please email us
with details of the problem and we will see if there is anything we can
do.
Items that are returned to us after 14 days of receipt or fall out of our return policy will not be eligible for a refund.
